is objective of the work is to give an overview of the current state of Enterprise 2.0 in companies and in an analysis of case study material typical deployment strategies of Enterprise 2.0 to work out the basis of which recommendations for companies on the approach to introduction of Enterprise 2.0 concepts can be derived. In the field of information and telecommunications has long been a central Web 2.0 and open run, but often controversial issue. The term Enterprise 2.0, Web 2.0 approaches have also increasingly brought into a business context tested and on their applications and potentials.
The question that arises here is how to integrate wikis, blogs, social networks and other social software applications in the company, because undoubtedly pose these applications have enormous potential, which the collaboration, communication and the efficient and flexible management of knowledge within and between organizations concerned.
